Short and sweet again this week.

TEN @ GB -3.5: This could, potentially, maybe, sort of, almost be a good Thursday Night game. Tannehill is back for the Titans, but that won’t change their game plan much at all, though. If Derrick Henry can get going and force Green Bay to load the box, Tannehill could put up some decent numbers but it all starts with 22. As far as the Packers go, I’m not sure they actually turned a corner last week. In fact, I think Dallas lost that game more than Green Bay won it. I’ll take the Titans to at least cover and probably win. Pick: Titans

KC @ LAC +6: I don’t understand the ball-washing that Justin Herbert gets. This is year three for him and it sure looks like he’s going to miss the playoffs again. I’ve truly never seen a QB get more of a free pass than this kid does. But you know who needs no excuses? Patrick Mahomes. Chiefs cover easily here and I don’t think it’ll be remotely close. Pick: Chiefs

PHI @ IND +6.5: Philly won’t turn the ball over and will get right in a big way here and Jeff Saturday realizes that it’s hard to win in the NFL when you’re not playing a trash team. Pick: Eagles

LAR @ NO -3: This is the “Woof” matchup of the week. The Rams are broken and are now without their only real offensive weapon in Cooper Kupp. The Saints are sticking with Andy Dalton after doing an “internal evaluation” this week, which tells you everything you need to know about Jameis Winston. I’ll take the Saints here in a game that SCREAMS Taysom Hill. Pick: Saints

CHI @ ATL -3: I’m buying in on Justin Fields and am selling hard on Marcus Mariota. Neither of these teams deserves your trust, but in situations like this I always side with the team with the best individual player, and that is Justin Fields here. Pick: Bears

WSH @ HOU +3: Commanders keep it rolling after their big win over the Eagles and stomp out the Texans. Pick: Commanders

NYJ @ NE -3: Both teams are coming off of their bye week and have only played one game since they last faced off in Week 8. I assume the Patriots spent their bye week working on some new offensive wrinkles which should help. Conversely, if the Jets can keep Wilson from turning it over, they should be able to outscore the Patriots anemic offense. Ultimately, until gang green beats the Patriots, I’ll roll with the Bill. Pick: Patriots

DET @ NYG -3: I like what Dabol and Vanilla Vick have going on in East Rutherford. The Lions 2-game winning streak comes to an end. Pick: Giants

CAR @ BAL -13: I really don’t like big spreads like this. The Ravens are a damn good team while the Panthers are not, but I just can’t pick anyone to win by 2 TD’s ESPECIALLY an undisciplined Ravens team. Pick: Panthers

CLE @ BUF -8: This snowstorm and the impending change of location have me befuddled about which way to go here. Assuming that it does in fact snow and they do play in Buffalo, I’ll take the Browns and their running game to at least cover and probably win. If this is moved to, say Detroit, I’ll take the Bills. Pick: Browns (snow) Bills (game moved)

LV @ DEN -2.5: The Raiders hit rock bottom last week losing to the Colts and Jeff Saturday. If Josh McDaniels was going to lose his job this year, it would have been after last week’s loss, so the team knows this is what they have for the rest of the year. Luckily for the Raiders, they have the world’s biggest douchebag coming to town in Russell Wilson. The Raiders take their first step towards getting right here and win in a big way. Pick: Raiders

CIN @ PIT +4: Pittsburgh stinks. Kenny Pickett surely doesn’t look like the answer to replace Big Ben despite beating the Saints last week. The Bengals are, right now, a slightly above-average team but have shown signs of regaining their old form. Pick: Bengals

DAL @ MIN +2: I like what the Vikings are doing, but, man, they play a ton of close games and seem to win them all. Much like I correctly called for the Eagles to come back to earth a bit last week, I think the Vikings are due for some humble pie, and Dallas has extra motivation after their choke job in Green Bay last week. Pick: Cowboys

SF @ ARI +8: I like SF to win, but I’m not sold on the 8-point spread. The 49ers seem to be either completely on their game, or completely off of it. Given this game being played in Arizona and the Cardinals winning last week in quasi-convincing fashion without that asshat Kyler Murray, I’ll take Arizona to cover. Pick: Cardinals
